What we provide:

We offer developmental and behavioral screenings for each child

We provide referrals to local birth-to-three programs and school districts. We offer guidance and support families through the referral process to access additional services when needed.

Children who have special needs, including those with intellectual, developmental, physical, and/or learning difficulties, are welcome in all programs.

Our teaching staff works with children and families to incorporate Individual Family Support Plans (IFSP) and Individual Education Plans (IEP) goals into the individualized learning environment to support children in achieving their goals.

All enrolled families will have access to Benton Franklin Head Start’s Behavioral Health Consultant to provide individual child observation and support to families when needed.

We offer challenging behavior support and resources for use at home.

We provide social and emotional curriculum and classroom learning materials.
